This award is given monthly in recognition of overall home beauty, including both the house itself and the landscaping. Decided by the Franklin Heritage and Architectural Salvage Committee, this award is to encourage and recognize community beautification on the part of the homeowners. Winners are recognized with a yard sign and a framed award.
