49 East Madison Street 

Since its acquisition in 2005 for $28,000, Franklin Heritage has been restoring this home on East Madison Street. 

Now it is being used as both a rental and dressing room space for the Historic Artcraft Theatre, as the buildings were only separated by a couple of feet. After a bit of wall removal, the two are now connected through a door backstage. 

It has improved significantly since its purchase and keeps improving every day through the help of our wonderful contractors and volunteers.
