48 East Madison Street 

Originally a hotel, this property will soon become the offices of Franklin Heritage.  Built around 1911, the interior walls still have original writing from the owners during construction. 

We completely reinforced the front porch as well as restored the facade. The most original surfaces have been uncovered.

When we are finished this will have meeting rooms, offices, as well as a library dedicated to historic preservation.
