About This House

Franklin Heritage acquired this 1870s Italianate in 1999. It had been abandoned for two years and was condemned by the city. The property had also become a dumping ground for the neighborhood. Fortunatly, FHI was able to restore the house, prompting other homeowners in this area to work on their houses as well.

Restoration Details....

This house was previously remodeled & had the front door and window removed and replaced with a large picture window. The look did not fit the historic architectural style of the house. FHI was able to remove the window & restore the front of the house to its original look.
